Join Intuit as a Business Tax Preparer and leverage your expertise in tax preparation to assist customers with their business tax returns. Work remotely while providing exceptional service and support to clients using TurboTax Business products.

Key Responsibilities

Manage complex business tax returns for Partnerships and S Corporations
Provide tax advice and full-service business return preparation
Utilize video communication software to interact with customers
Deliver high-quality customer interactions using empathy and expertise
Document customer interactions and resolve tax-related issues
Meet company performance metrics

Required Qualifications

3+ years of business tax preparation experience
Extensive knowledge of federal and state tax laws
Experience preparing federal and state business tax returns (1065 and/or 1120-S)
Minimum of 2 seasons of personal tax preparation experience
Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
Strong customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
