HumanEdge Health is seeking an experienced and motivated Physical Therapist for a travel outpatient assignment in Ridgecrest, CA . This role offers a great opportunity to provide individualized, one-on-one care in a supportive clinical setting focused on positive patient outcomes.

Position Highlights:

• 60-minute evaluations and treatments

• Monday–Friday schedule (No weekends/holidays)

• One-on-one patient care

• Collaborative outpatient team environment

• Treat a range of musculoskeletal and post-operative conditions

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations and create individualized treatment plans

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy services

• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation

• Work with other therapists and healthcare professionals to coordinate care

• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and goals

• Participate in clinic improvement and continued education efforts

Qualifications:

• Active California Physical Therapy License – Required

• 1+ year of outpatient experience – Preferred

• Strong clinical reasoning and interpersonal communication skills

• Commitment to patient-centered, goal-oriented care
