Key Responsibilities
Deliver a best-in-class experience for all customers
Collaborate with team members to coordinate vehicle pick-up and drop-off
Communicate proactively with customers to confirm logistics and special requests
Greet customers warmly and assist with luggage
Provide premium customer experience by delivering vehicles directly to customers
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service role
Professional, friendly demeanor
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Technologically proficient
Valid Driver’s License
Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work various hours
Willingness to work outdoors
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
