Key Responsibilities
Sourcing and interviewing candidates
Coordinating job offers and new hire paperwork
Maintaining databases
Acting as a liaison between hiring managers and candidates
Interpreting compensation, benefits, and job descriptions
Attending recruitment events
Assisting with HR-related questions
Required Qualifications
3 years Recruitment experience
BS Degree or equivalent experience
Proficient in Microsoft
Excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Handle confidential information
Relate with diverse populations
Analyze data/problems/issues and recommend improvements
