Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage clinical support staff and workflows in a primary care clinic
Coordinate with physicians and clinic leadership to optimize clinical operations
Ensure high standards of nursing practice and patient care
Oversee care provided by clinical support staff
Initiate efforts to improve the quality and skill levels of clinical staff members
Ensure compliance with established clinic policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
3 years Direct patient care experience, preferably in an ambulatory setting
Experience in delegation of nursing responsibilities to licensed and unlicensed personnel, preferably within the ambulatory setting
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related field
Provider Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - American Heart Association upon hire
Previous charge/lead nurse experience
