Job Description
Join ChanceLight as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and make a meaningful impact in the lives of middle and high school students. You'll provide tailored clinical and educational support, oversee training, and ensure adherence to educational standards in a dynamic environment committed to innovation and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities
Provide training and support to teachers in developing FBAs and BIPs
Monitor quality and effectiveness of services provided to students
Support staff in instructional practices aligned with IEP goals
Assess professional development needs of staff
Participate in staff development activities
Train and coach employees in crisis management systems
Assist in recruitment and training of staff
Recommend evidence-based curricula
Develop and supervise systems to meet individualized needs
Conduct quality assurance assessments
Ensure compliance with regulations and internal standards
Required Qualifications
Master's degree or higher in applied behavior analysis or a closely related field
Currently licensed or in the process of obtaining BCBA credential
Well-versed in applied behavior analysis (ABA)
Prior experience in special education services
Skilled in working with individuals with severe learning and emotional disorders
Knowledge in crisis management systems
Experience with students with IEP's
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of relevant technology
