Key Responsibilities
Develop Treatment Plans that are clinically sound and engaging
Supervise and Mentor RBTs to support consistent, high-quality care
Collaborate with Families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth
Deliver Evidence-Based Therapy in a supportive, play-focused environment
Required Qualifications
BCBA certification
Experience in developing treatment plans
Ability to supervise and mentor RBTs
Strong communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in evidence-based therapy
Background in working with children
Knowledge of ABA practices
