Key Responsibilities
Provide surrogacy services to intended parents
Maintain communication with the surrogacy agency
Attend medical appointments as required
Support the intended parents throughout the surrogacy process
Required Qualifications
Ages 21-36
Delivered at least one healthy child with no major complications
No more than 2 C-sections or 5 deliveries
Body Mass Index (BMI) of 32 or below
US citizen or permanent resident
No current drug/alcohol use
Strong support system
