Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Facilitate member experience through various communication channels
Assist members with insurance quotes, policy changes, and billing
Identify and assess member needs, providing accurate advice
Operate efficiently in a contact center environment
Maintain required licenses and ensure compliance with policies
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Currently active Property and Casualty or Personal Lines license
1 year of customer service experience in insurance or relevant direct customer service
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Preferred Qualifications
US military experience
Prior experience in a fast-paced contact center environment
1+ years of direct sales or upselling/cross selling experience
