Join DriveTime as a Loan Advisor, where you'll collect overdue payments and negotiate plans while building positive relationships with customers. Key Responsibilities
Collect past due payments and negotiate payment plans
Make inbound and outbound contact with customers regarding past-due balances
Educate and build relationships with customers
Monitor and ensure follow-up on loan repayment agreements
Assist customers with debt repayment plans and modifications
Utilize computer systems for account management and skip tracing
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
2+ years of experience in collections, financial services, and/or phone-based sales
Ability to pass a drug test and background check
On-site in Fort Worth, TX
Preferred Qualifications
Contact center experience in the financial services industry
