Key Responsibilities
Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance
Assist with basic health care needs including bathing, grooming, and dressing
Document resident interactions and outcomes related to care
Communicate resident's changing condition to charge nurse
Assist with food preparation and dining experiences
Participate in wellness and recreational programs
Required Qualifications
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
Minimum age of 16
Two years' clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred
Preferred Qualifications
High school graduate or GED
Completion of Restorative Nursing training within 6 months
Registered with the Unlicensed Assistive Person (UAP) Registry
