Job Description
Join Disney as a Food & Beverage Guest Experience Manager, leading a passionate team to create unforgettable experiences for our members and guests. You will oversee daily operations, support Cast Members, and ensure exceptional service in a vibrant club environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support Cast Members in delivering exceptional Guest experiences
Oversee day-to-day operations of Food & Beverage services
Ensure compliance with Guest service standards and food safety guidelines
Mentor and develop team members for future management roles
Adapt operations for seamless Guest and Cast experiences
Maintain staffing levels and schedules
Complete daily administrative paperwork and operational reports
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience overseeing a food & beverage operation
Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in the hospitality business, preferably fine dining
Understanding of financial aspects of an operation
Receptiveness to lead a team independently
Dedicated desire to motivate and mentor employees
Commitment to diversity
Proven excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to listen effectively
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Proven strong Guest Service orientation
Basic understanding of food sanitation
Valid CA Driver's License in good standing
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of wine and spirits
Experience working in a luxury resort or private club environment
