Key Responsibilities
Perform and document initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition
Design and implement a patient-centered plan of care
Educate and counsel patients and families on treatment plans
Assist with patient discharge from therapy services
Supervise clinical fellows, students, and support personnel
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA or eligibility
Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state
Current BLS/CPR Card
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a rehabilitation setting
Familiarity with modern therapy technologies
