Key Responsibilities
Provides treatments to patients by evaluating their functions and applying appropriate treatments.
Participates in an interdisciplinary approach for community education and clinical education of students.
Conducts evaluations based on patient symptoms and establishes measurable goals.
Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and functional activities.
Documents in accordance with insurance guidelines and adheres to department policies.
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited program of Speech Language Pathology with a minimum of a M.S.
Holds current Connecticut license for Speech Language Pathology.
Certificate of Clinical Competency from the American Speech Language and Hearing Association.
