Key Responsibilities
Administer and interpret tests to determine hearing impairment
Evaluate test results and conduct medical record reviews
Operate computerized programs for electronic medical records
Conduct otoscopic examinations and calibration checks of audiometric equipment
Train paraprofessional staff in Audiology specific skills
Travel up to 50% to provide audiology examinations in multiple locations
Required Qualifications
Doctorate Degree in Audiology (Au. D)
5+ years of clinic practice experience
Currently licensed Audiologist in state employed
American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and/or American Academy of Audiology (AAA) certification
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Compensation and Pension Examination
Experience with hearing conservation programs and/or noise conservation programs
