Required Qualifications

National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
1 year of clinical experience in NICU or pediatric settings
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
CHT or HTC certification for Hand Therapists
1 year of experience in adult physical disability settings
1 year of experience in Hand Therapy
