Invasive Cardiology RN - Day Shift 4x10-Hour Contract

Schedule

Day shift - 10-hour shifts between the hours of 6 AM - 7 PM, with weekends as needed. Must be available to stay until the last patient is cared for, and call is required with a 30-minute response time.

Job Description

Join our dynamic Invasive Cardiology team, which features dedicated Cardiac Catheterization Labs and Electrophysiology labs. The unit performs over 6,000 procedures annually, providing advanced cardiovascular treatments including complex coronary procedures, VAD/ECMO, structural heart procedures, and various interventions.

Responsibilities

• Care for patients undergoing cardiac procedures in a fast-paced environment.
• Administer medications and monitor patient vital signs before, during, and after procedures.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using the Epic charting system.
• Participate in unit floating as needed and be available for call duty.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a similar setting.
• Current certifications: ACLS and BLS required.
• Epic charting system experience is highly preferred.
• Local candidates must be within a 50-mile radius, with lower bill rates applicable.
