WILL NOT ACCEPT ANYTHING OVER BASE RATES.
HCP MUST HAVE CHILD AND DEPENDENT ADULT CERTS COMPELTED. HCP MUST COMPLETE AEGIS TRAINING CERT ON PRESCHEDULED DATES AT FACILITY (EVERY OTHER THURSDAY 8/28, 9/11, ETC 8A-530P. MUST ATTEND ONCE PRIOR TO WORKING ANY SHIFTS)
