Key Responsibilities
Completes the MDS, CAA’s and care plans within regulated time frames.
Coordinates scheduling the RAI process with the interdisciplinary team.
Assesses resident through physical assessment, interview and chart review.
Discusses resident care needs with caregivers and staff.
Reviews information from various sources for assessment and care planning.
Coordinates significant change MDS’ and prepares for PPS meetings.
Maintains current knowledge with AANAC requirements.
Required Qualifications
Experience as an RN MDS Nurse
Knowledge of the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process
AANC certification a plus. RAC-CT
Preferred Qualifications
