Shift: 8-hour Days | Mon–Fri ONLY
Guaranteed Hours: Facility may cancel up to 1 shift per pay period
Job Description:
We're urgently hiring a skilled Home Health Physical Therapist to serve patients across West Portland and nearby towns. Enjoy a 1:1 care ratio in a supportive, tech-enabled environment that minimizes windshield time. OASIS experience is required – please highlight this in your submission.
Key Details:
Patient Load: Up to 6 visits/day (30 productivity points)
Experience Required: 1 year of Skilled Home Health
First-Timers Accepted: ✅
Pending License: ✅ Accepted
Locals Accepted: ✅ (within 50–75 miles)
Charting: EPIC (Remote Client) + Rover App | OASIS
Attire: Business casual or scrubs (no jeans)
Mileage: Reimbursed at IRS standard
Transportation: Must have own vehicle
Max Travel Radius: ~60 miles/day (1.5 hrs drive max)
Note: Block scheduling not available. RTO subject to hiring manager approval.
TheraEx Therapy Job ID #. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
