Key Responsibilities
Teach an interdisciplinary, NGSS-aligned curriculum
Develop students’ practices of questioning and scientific analysis
Build positive relationships with students and their families
Participate in data analysis to improve student outcomes
Engage in professional development and mentoring
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Demonstrated interest in impacting K-12 students in urban schools
Academic expertise in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields
Eligibility for NJ state certification
Preferred Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in urban education
