Key Responsibilities
Interact with customers and perform preventative maintenance and repair issue resolution
Coordinate work schedules as required by customers
Conduct road tests to identify issues and ensure quality repair work
Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on various vehicle systems including brakes, electrical, and fuel systems
Utilize key functions of Shop Management System and electronic documentation
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Basic tools required
Demonstrated aptitude and applied experience in mechanical repair of automotive gas or diesel engines
Routine preventative maintenance
Diagnostics and repairs including AC and electrical systems
Three (3) years or more relevant work experience preferred
Valid Commercial Driver License (CDL) CLASS A preferred
Preferred Qualifications
Vocational or Technical Certification
NonCommercial Driver License CLASS E preferred
Two (2) years or more experience with mechanical repairs and diagnostics on heavy duty and medium duty equipment
