Key Responsibilities
Present information to prospective students about OSU-OKC programs and admissions
Maintain confidentiality of student records
Assist students with forms and services related to admission and enrollment
Contact prospective students to assist with inquiries
Assist with student traffic during peak enrollment
Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
High School/GED (degree must be conferred on or before agreed upon start date)
Prior experience working in an office setting or customer service environment
Currently enrolled as a student at OSU-OKC
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with the OSU-OKC campus and enrollment process
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
Accurate typing/data entry skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Knowledge of office technologies including Microsoft Office
