Job Description

Join Oklahoma State University as a Student Ambassador, where you'll enhance student access to resources, assist with recruitment, and communicate vital information about admissions and programs. Key Responsibilities

  • Present information to prospective students about OSU-OKC programs and admissions
  • Maintain confidentiality of student records
  • Assist students with forms and services related to admission and enrollment
  • Contact prospective students to assist with inquiries
  • Assist with student traffic during peak enrollment
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • High School/GED (degree must be conferred on or before agreed upon start date)
  • Prior experience working in an office setting or customer service environment
  • Currently enrolled as a student at OSU-OKC

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with the OSU-OKC campus and enrollment process
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Accurate typing/data entry skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Knowledge of office technologies including Microsoft Office
