Overview

As an Emergency Room RN, you'll play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans. You'll have the flexibility to float between units, utilizing your diverse skill set to meet the unique needs of each patient. With a focus on delivering exceptional patient outcomes, you'll be empowered to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Required Skills

• Current RN licensure in the state of Oregon
• BLS/CPR certification
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple patients simultaneously
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fluid work environment

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience in emergency nursing or critical care
• Familiarity with Epic charting system
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred Education and Experience

• 1-2 years of experience as an Emergency Room RN
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) with current licensure

Other Requirements

• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel between facilities
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Willingness to float to other units and facilities as needed
