Key Responsibilities
Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for clients and families
Provide tailored outpatient individual and family therapy
Develop comprehensive crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans
Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning
Ensure timely completion of billing, documentation, and treatment plans
Engage in collaborative care with team members
Required Qualifications
Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field
Current and active professional license (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LCP) in Virginia and/or Maryland or eligibility for licensure by time of hire
Passion for mental health and commitment to high-quality care
Dedication to ongoing professional development in mental health
Strong commitment to ethical practice and maintaining confidentiality
Excellent communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in collaborative care with multidisciplinary teams
Ability to manage time effectively and complete documentation efficiently
