Hourly Pay Range: $90 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Position: Mental Health Clinical Therapist II, Community Health, Hybrid Evanston Medical Group Full Time/Part Time: 40 hours/ Full Time Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM- 5:00 PM Travel: Hybrid/ Telehealth Therapy Opportunity (1-2 days a week remote) Our model of therapy is typically short-term, goal focused therapy. Provide individual psychotherapy and psychoeducation to underinsured and uninsured children, adolescents and their families in the Evanston community. Serve as liaison between Community Partners and Evanston Hospital to support community partner needs through referrals, trainings, and support cross-program collaboration. Participate in division meetings and department meetings and may be assigned other tasks to promote the well-being of the department's clinical providers. Provide assessment and treatment of out-patients referred to MG - Psychiatry on an outpatient basis. Completes and adheres to all credentialing/privileging requirement and guidelines, peer reviews, quality assurance guidelines and all practice directives as directed by the Chairman, Department of Psychiatry and Head, Division of Psychology, Medical Group Experience: Minimum of two years post-graduate experience in the field of social work. Youth/adolescent focused experience. Unique or Preferred Skills: Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)/ Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), group therapy, solution focused therapy. Bilingual/Multilingual in a high demand language for patient population required Community health experience preferred.
