As a General Manager, you will lead the store and your team to achieve performance excellence while providing exceptional customer service. You will drive brand recognition, coach your team, and maintain store profitability in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee, coach, and develop store Team Members
Manage overall store performance and meet Company standards
Lead team to exceed sales goals and engage in local marketing
Supervise cash management and loss prevention
Ensure compliance with Company policies and regulations
Maintain a professional store atmosphere
Conduct bank deposits and Company business
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required
At least two years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in retail, financial, customer service, or related industries
Operations experience in a leadership capacity
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Valid driver's license and personal vehicle for work
Ability to work with POS and Microsoft Office systems
Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama)
Background check required
Ability to meet physical demands of the position
Preferred Qualifications
Associate degree or higher
Experience in retail, sales, or financial industry
Bilingual English/Spanish
