Join Crash Champions as a Collision Estimator and play a vital role in delivering superior collision repair services. You'll manage repair processes, educate customers, and ensure quality standards while enjoying a comprehensive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities
Educate customers on vehicle repairs and insurance procedures
Complete and lock final estimates after damage evaluation
Manage repair processes and ensure quality standards
Keep customers informed on vehicle status
Pull and review data procedures for Body Technicians
Handle disbursement paperwork and address exceptions
Required Qualifications
Customer Service Skills
Organization and multi-tasking skills
Good time management
Ability to adapt easily to fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of dealing with Insurance partners
Knowledge of multiple estimating systems (CCC one preferred, Mitchell & Audatex)
