Key Responsibilities
Lead BOH Operations in Quick Service, Full Service and/or Catering environments
Maintain food production and quality standards
Collaborate on menu concept and implementation
Ensure cleanliness of kitchen and equipment
Plan and oversee effective opens and closes of operations
Create and communicate schedules in line with business levels
Develop direct reports using company resources
Track invoices and execute end of month inventories
Maintain positive relationships with suppliers
Participate in weekly Food and Beverage meetings
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of two years' experience in a kitchen management role
Food Allergen Safety Certification
Valid Driver's License
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
Culinary degree
Diverse background in quick-serve, family style, catering and high-end dining
Knowledge of Food Traks inventory management system and Workday platform
Experience with online product ordering systems (e.g. esysco)
