Job Description
As a Loan Advisor at DriveTime, you'll play a vital role in helping customers maintain their loan quality while exceeding production goals. You'll be responsible for communicating with customers about their past-due balances, educating them on repayment options, and fostering positive relationships to facilitate their journey towards vehicle ownership.
Key Responsibilities
Collect past due payments and negotiate payment plans
Make inbound and outbound contact with customers regarding past-due balances
Educate and negotiate with customers to influence them to make payments
Monitor and ensure regular follow up on all loan repayment agreements
Assist customers with debt repayment plans
Maintain positive working relationships with the Loan Servicing team
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
2+ years of experience in collections, customer service, sales or retail industry
Ability to pass a drug test and a background check
