Job Description
Join The Jewish Board as a Case Associate, where you'll make a significant impact on the lives of New Yorkers by providing essential support and resources to clients. Work within the community to develop tailored action plans while enjoying generous benefits and a collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Function as a Case Planner providing client care interventions
Develop action plans utilizing existing and new resources for client care
Conduct routine community contacts and home visits
Evaluate living conditions and provide structure to clients
Run groups under social worker supervision
Facilitate client referrals to treatment or service providers
Perform individual/group counseling as needed
Provide case management and establish community linkages
Required Qualifications
BA Degree
Experience in a community or social service group or at least five years as a Case Assistant
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual Spanish
Haitian-Creole
