Job Description
Join Healthcare Services Group as a Residential Care Facility Cleaner, where you'll maintain a clean and safe environment in a long-term care facility. Your role is vital to enhancing the quality of life for residents and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
Perform daily housekeeping tasks including cleaning resident rooms and common areas
Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation following established procedures
Maintain records of cleaning activities and report issues to supervisor
Follow infection control policies for a sanitary environment
Provide excellent customer service to residents and staff
Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Positive attitude and effective communication skills
Ability to lift/carry 50 pounds and perform physical tasks
Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies
Ability to follow oral and written instructions
Residency within the service area required
Preferred Qualifications
Previous housekeeping experience
