Key Responsibilities
Provide speech language pathology diagnostic and treatment services
Ensure individual assessment and participation with goal identification and treatment planning
Complete timely documentation of treatment notes and reports
Monitor individuals’ progress and maintain accurate treatment records
Participate in interdisciplinary team for goal development and discharge planning
Provide education and monitoring to staff, families, and other team members
Attend team meetings and participate in program development
Required Qualifications
Master’s degree in Speech/Language Pathology from an accredited program
Active licensure in Michigan
ASHA Certification of Clinical Competency in Speech-Language Pathology or currently completing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
Ability to work with consumers with neurological disabilities/TBI
Ability to design, implement, update and document consumer treatment programs
