Key Responsibilities
Operate the restaurant in the absence of the Senior/General Manager
Interview and hire qualified staff
Schedule sufficient staff to operate the restaurant
Train and develop crew members
Maintain records and reports based on company standards
Control inventory and manage labor costs
Ensure adherence to cash procedures
Recognize and adhere to HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies
Required Qualifications
Must be 18 years or older
2 years of management experience
Valid Driver's License
Ability to pass background check and drug screen
Strong conflict-resolution skills
Excellent communication skills
