Travel Nursing Job Details

• Location: Cambridge, MA 02138 (Boston metro area healthcare jobs)
• Assignment Length: 8 weeks
• Start Date: January 5, 2026
• End Date: February 28, 2026
• Setting: Nursing Float Pool (Medical-Surgical/Telemetry Units)
• Shift: 12-hour nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
• Hours per Week: 36 (72 hours biweekly guaranteed)
• Employment Type: Travel RN, On-Site
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2310 - $2470

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Massachusetts nursing license preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of recent Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience
• Proficient in telemetry monitoring and clinical support across multiple units
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
• EPIC EMR experience mandatory
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts
• Travel nursing candidates only – local applicants not eligible

Med/Surg Telemetry RN Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in Medical-Surgical and Telemetry units
• Monitor, interpret, and document cardiac telemetry rhythms
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Float between units, adapting to diverse patient populations and clinical environments
• Accurately document care and interventions using EPIC EMR
• Respond rapidly to changes in patient condition and initiate appropriate interventions
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and compliant environment for patients and staff
