Job Description
Join Zen Educate as a Classroom Aide and make a lasting impact on K-12 special education students. Support teachers in fostering a positive learning environment while gaining valuable experience.
Key Responsibilities
Assist licensed staff in implementing academic adaptations and IEPs
Work with students individually or in small groups
Maintain a safe and conducive classroom environment
Provide timely support for students in crisis situations
Utilize various learning methods to enhance engagement
Required Qualifications
60 college credits or higher or passing Paraeducator Assessment
Professional proficiency in English
U.S. Work Authorization
Prior experience working with children in a structured setting
Preferred Qualifications
ParaPro Certification
Behavioral Technician or PCA experience
Past work experience in a school setting with children with special needs
