Registered Nurse Job Details

• Location: Lebanon, NH (03756) – Upper Valley
• Healthcare Setting: Birthing Pavilion – LDRP Unit
• Assignment Type: Travel Nursing Job
• Start Date: December 8, 2025
• End Date: March 7, 2026
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Nursing Shift: 12-hour rotating shifts (AM/PM; straight nights available)
• Unit Details: 21 rooms, 2-bed triage, 2 operating rooms; approx. 1300 deliveries/year
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2620 - $2810

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – New Hampshire or compact state
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in Labor & Delivery or Postpartum Couplet Care
• Proficiency in LDRP model (Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum)
• BLS certification required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

L&D RN Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive patient care throughout labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum phases
• Monitor and manage patients receiving high-risk medications (Pitocin, Magnesium Sulfate, Insulin drips)
• Follow AWHONN staffing guidelines and nurse:patient ratios
• Educate and support patients and families during childbirth and postpartum
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure safe, high-quality care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold patient safety best practices
