Job Description
The Manager of Performance Improvement will oversee the Process Improvement department, ensuring high-quality healthcare delivery and compliance with regulations. This role emphasizes a collaborative practice model and aims to achieve exemplary patient care through structured goals and advanced support systems.
Key Responsibilities
Overall management of the Process Improvement department
Ensure compliance with local and state regulatory agencies
Provide service appropriate to the age of patients served
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field
Two years of QA or PI experience
Minimum two years of progressive management experience
Current RN license in the state of Nevada (if applicable)
Computer proficiency including word processing, spreadsheet, database
