Key Responsibilities
Oversees and assures Nursing Dept. staff schedules
Facilitates emergency medical assessment and care of residents
Serves as a clinical resource for staff
Coordinates rapid admission of residents
Promotes planned in-services for nursing staff
Provides continuity of resident status with hospital supervisory staff
Supervises mealtime and record completion
Facilitates QA program for Nursing Dept.
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited registered nurse program
One to three years of nursing experience
Registered in NYS as a registered nurse professional
