Key Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation of surfaces for paving
Operate hand and power tools
Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
Assist in the setup and operation of paving equipment
Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment
Follow safety guidelines and procedures
Work collaboratively with team members
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
Required Qualifications
