Compensation & Benefits :
- Starting Salary: $450,000
- Sign-On Bonus: $50,000
- Student Loan Repayment: $200,000
- Monthly Training Stipend: $3,000/month
- PTO: 4 weeks vacation, 11 paid holidays
- Health/Dental/Vision - Fully covered premiums and at no cost to the physician, spouse (if not covered through their employer), and dependents; HSA with annual employer contribution
- Pension Plan: Annual employer contribution up to the IRS limit

- CME Allowance : $3,000 annually plus an additional $1,500 per year for membership dues, license renewals, and subscriptions
Qualifications :
- Degree: MD or DO
- Certifications: BE/BC ABOG
- Licensure: Must have or be eligible to obtain a medical license in Indiana
- Experience: New grads and experienced OBGYNs are equally welcome
- Sponsorship: Not eligible for visa sponsorship
