Job Description
Join Crash Champions as a General Manager and lead one of the fastest-growing collision repair brands in the U.S. Drive operational excellence, manage production flow, and ensure high-quality service while developing your team in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Meet or exceed location revenue goals and KPIs
Manage labor assignments and production flow
Support teammates during peak times
Ensure repairs meet quality standards
Complete shop payroll and staffing
Communicate with team to maintain production
Write DRP complaint estimates
Team acquisition, coaching and development
Required Qualifications
Knowledge of Collision Industry
Aptitude in decision-making and problem solving
Ability to lead and work collaboratively
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
Proficient knowledge of estimating software (CCC ONE Total Repair Software)
Proficient with Computers and other technology
Valid driver's license
