Key Responsibilities
Provide expert spiritual care and crisis intervention
Administer sacraments and ordinances such as Anointing of the Sick and Communion
Assess spiritual needs and offer empathetic listening
Coordinate with patients' clergy while adhering to HIPAA regulations
Required Qualifications
Master of Divinity degree or equivalent graduate-level theological degree
Minimum of two accredited Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) units
Preferred Qualifications
1-3 years of spiritual care experience in a clinical setting
Bilingual - Spanish preferred
