Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Help customers complete their taxes using TurboTax products
Provide tax advice and full service return preparation
Manage tax calculations and product/software inquiries
Document customer interactions accurately

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of paid tax experience
Active PTIN
Unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney)
Strong tax preparation experience
Extensive knowledge of tax laws

Preferred Qualifications

Customer service skills
Experience with video communication tools
