Job Description

Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season to work 100% remotely. As a Senior Tax Professional, you will guide clients in navigating tax complexities, providing expert advice and support using TurboTax products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products
  • Provide tax advice and full service return preparation
  • Manage product/software inquiries
  • Document interactions to maintain accurate records

Required Qualifications

  • Active PTIN
  • Unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney)
  • Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns
  • Strong tax preparation experience
  • Extensive knowledge of tax laws
  • Excellent customer service skills
