Title: Registered Nurse - Dialysis Outpatient
Location: Burlington Vermont
Shift: 12H Rotating 04:00 AM - 04:00 PM, 36hr/week
Weekly Travel Pay: $2350 and up
13 weeks, FMLA/ LOA coverage.
Outpatient Dialysis RN for Joy Dr. Address: 35 Joy Dr., So. Burlington VT 05403. Floating as needed to St. Albans & Berlin is required.
No call but Saturday requirements.
Travelers must work 2 out of the 4 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, and New Years Day. Requirements:
AHA BLS and CCHT
Prior travel experience preferred
A minimum of 2 years of experience required
Must be flexible with schedule, will work 8/10/12 D/E shifts as needed
EPIC experience from within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable Additional Information:
IVS to OFFER • Monday to Sunday
No block schedules for any reason
Bi-weekly orientations on Monday, next available is 10/6
