Key Responsibilities
Provide in-home occupational therapy services to patients with neuromuscular, skeletal, and perceptual disorders under the direction of a physician
Schedule patient visits in a timely and efficient manner
Regularly handle confidential information
Maintain communication with agency staff, physicians, and the general public
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
Current state license
Valid driver's license
Minimum of one year of experience in acute, rehab, outpatient, home health or long term care setting
CPR certification
Good assessment and treatment planning skills
Energetic and good time management skills
Problem-solving skills
Good communication and documentation skills
Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
Ability to work independently and handle emergencies
Preferred Qualifications
Two years of experience in acute care or home care
