Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clerical support to the rental fleet department
  • Coordinate the entry and exit of vehicles in rental fleet
  • Maintain records of car movements, registrations, and paperwork
  • Process invoices and answer phones
  • Communicate with internal and external parties

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word)
  • Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6 months office clerical experience
  • Knowledge of auto parts and tools
