Key Responsibilities
Deliver personalized customer experiences and support associates
Assist store leaders with onboarding and team development
Uphold visual and operational standards focusing on customer satisfaction
Provide feedback and coaching to associates
Utilize technology for seamless customer interactions
Step into the role of manager when needed
Required Qualifications
6-months of retail sales experience
Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system
Enjoys communicating and coaching
Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions
Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments
