Key Responsibilities
Provide holistic care to terminally ill pediatric or adult patients and their families
Assess the needs of the patient and plan, coordinate, implement, and revise the Plan of Care
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary hospice group to anticipate changes in the patient's condition
Promote patient and family choice and ensure continuity of care
Required Qualifications
Associate's Degree in Nursing
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent educ/experience
Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
Provider BLS - American Heart Association required within 30 days of hire
Preferred Qualifications
1 year of Nursing experience; some pediatric nursing experience required for a position in the Pediatric Programs
Prior Hospice, Homecare, Long Term Care, medical/surgical, and/or oncology experience
